Trustee Thomas Kennedy read the resolution into the record, which officially requested that James Moustis be removed as Principal on the account and replaced by the current Supervisor, Nick George. Furthermore, the resolution removes Karen Gonzales as an Authorized Signer and replaces her with the current Administrator, Theodora Kral.

The resolution passed with unanimous consent following a motion by Trustee Smith and a second by Trustee Jessica Kot.
