Since the initial approval, the property owners have secured their liquor license and have been navigating the county’s site development and building permit processes.
The Will County Zoning Ordinance allows special use permits to be extended for good cause on up to four separate occasions, by up to 180 days each. The Land Use & Development Committee previously reviewed the request and recommended approval in a 5-0 vote.
