The health center reported no high-risk observations during the visit, though leadership has 60 days to develop corrective action plans for minor systematic and policy-related findings.

Menstrual Hygiene Product Drive: The Health Department’s Health Equity team concluded its 2026 Menstrual Product Drive on March 31. The initiative collected new and unopened packages of pads, tampons, period underwear, and menstrual cups for local women in need.
