NEW LENOX – The Lincoln-Way District 210 Board of Education solidified its administrative leadership for the upcoming school year by approving contracts for two key positions during its meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

Following a closed session review, the Board voted to employ Dr. Jennifer Killeen as the Principal of Lincoln-Way West High School. According to the administrator contract attached to the agenda, Dr. Killeen will receive a total salary of $158,000 for the 2026-2027 school year. The Board will also pay the employee’s required contributions to the Teachers’ Retirement System (9%) and the Teacher Health Insurance Security fund (1.24%).

The Board also approved a contract for Kyle Freise to serve as the Director of Technology. Freise’s contract stipulates a salary of $150,000 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Both contracts include standard administrative benefits, including a $50,000 term life insurance policy, 20 vacation days, and 16 sick leave days annually. The agreements also provide for 100% Board-paid premiums for the Blue Cross Options PPO health insurance plan, as well as dental and vision coverage for the administrators and their immediate families.

The contracts are effective beginning July 1, 2026.
