Frankfort Park District Meeting | December 9, 2025

The Frankfort Park District Board of Commissioners convened on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to handle year-end financial business, including the approval of the 2025 tax levy and the payment of bills. The board approved accounts payable and payroll totaling $324,205.62 for the period ending November 30, 2025.

In addition to financial matters, the board entered into an executive session at 7:56 p.m. to discuss the purchase or lease of real estate, personnel, and pending litigation. The board returned to open session at 8:14 p.m. and adjourned shortly thereafter with no further action taken on the closed session items.

Puent Building Repairs:

During the Thanksgiving break, a contractor successfully repaired and cleaned the bathroom floors in the Puent Building. Additionally, discussion was held regarding alternative methods for snow and ice melting, though no specific changes were finalized.
