The board approved accounts payable and payroll totaling $324,205.62 for the period ending November 30, 2025.

In addition to financial matters, the board entered into an executive session at 7:56 p.m. to discuss the purchase or lease of real estate, personnel, and pending litigation. The board returned to open session at 8:14 p.m. and adjourned shortly thereafter with no further action taken on the closed session items.
