Clerk Nella Piccolin introduced Jean Gorski of Mokena, who will be training to become the township’s new Deputy Clerk. Gorski’s husband, John, previously served as the Frankfort Township Collector in 2000. The board officially welcomed both Jean and John Gorski to the meeting.
Street Signs Installed at The Landings
Trustee Dave Smith reported that new street signs have finally been installed for the townhomes by the Landings along the Phifer extension, located between St. Frances Road and Route 30.
Routine Business Approved
The board unanimously approved the minutes from its July 14, 2025, meeting. The monthly bill list was also approved on a unanimous roll call vote.
