Disaster proclaimed in three counties
A disaster proclamation has been issued for Cook, Jersey and Calhoun counties after severe weather last month.

Last month’s storm caused substantial flooding, resulting in widespread power outages, blocked roadways and property damage.

CUB says Ameren’s $131.1 million rate-hike plan is nearly triple what the utility could legally justify.
